These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are payable at the time of delivery.

We take responsibility for ensuring your order is sent to the address you provided at checkout. We will always assist you if a problem arises during transit. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery or collection from a pickup point. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and that you are available to receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect within the holding period, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 35€.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please accept the delivery and initiate a return as described below.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the order amount once the return has been received and approved.

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund of the product price.

Return shipping costs: If you are exercising your right of withdrawal or our 90-day satisfaction guarantee, return shipping is at your own expense. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at shoplumenbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle each case individually but guarantee a fair resolution.
