Lumen Beauty sells hygiene and beauty products online to private individuals in Sweden and within the European Union. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

By completing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions and consent to your personal data being stored in our customer register. A purchase agreement is not confirmed until we have sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, stock levels, delivery times, or product information after an order has been placed. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge.

Discount codes can only be used once per purchase and cannot be combined with other discount or compensation codes. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.

We ship to Sweden and other EU countries. Shipping costs and any applicable free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We cannot guarantee delivery times for items that are out of stock at the time of your order, or for items that have already left our warehouse. The total delivery time may therefore exceed the standard estimate if a delay is caused by the carrier. Our standard delivery time is 7–14 business days. During major sales campaigns and public holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased carrier volume. We are not financially responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. In the event of a delay beyond the promised delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order at no cost.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout on shoplumenbeauty.com. All transactions are processed securely. The total order amount is reserved on your account at the time of purchase and charged upon dispatch.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at shoplumenbeauty@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. We offer an extended 90-day return policy as a courtesy beyond the statutory minimum.

Conditions for returns: products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Hygiene and beauty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or we have made an error. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

If a product is defective or does not match its description, please contact us at shoplumenbeauty@gmail.com within a reasonable time of discovering the fault. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and applicable EU law, you have a three-year right to make a complaint about original defects in a product. Delivery is made to the address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct and that you are reachable at the time of delivery. Risk passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the holding period (typically 14 days), we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of €35 to cover our costs. If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, you must report this to the carrier at the time of receipt and note it on the delivery receipt.

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, labour disputes, government decisions, or failure of suppliers to deliver.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, images, or other information on our website. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the exact appearance or properties of the product.

When you use our website, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR and applicable Swedish law. Your data is used solely to process your order and provide customer service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
